Baked Camembert

Let yourself melt with a delicious baked Camembert.

  • 1 Paysan Breton Camembert
  • a few sprigs of thyme
  • breadsticks
  • slices of bread
  • honey
  • pine nuts
  • 10 chive leaves
  • ½ garlic clove
  • cranberry sauce

  • Chop a half clove of garlic and snip the chives into small pieces. Mix them together.
  • Take the Paysan Breton Camembert out of its paper packaging and place it back in its box or in a ramekin.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake the Camembert for 20 minutes.
  • Once out of the oven, make a cross-shaped incision on the top of the camembert and pull up the tips to reveal the melted cheese inside.
  • Add a few sprigs of thyme
  • Serve with the different accompaniments.
