INGREDIENTS
  • ½ lb. Sugardale Ham
  • 1 lb. hamburger patties
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • BBQ sauce
  • Butter lettuce leaves
  • ½ medium red onion, sliced

PREPARATIONS
  • Pre-heat an outdoor grill.
  • Grill burgers 8-10 minutes, turning once and grill ham for 30 seconds on each side.
  • Top burgers with cheese for 1-2 minutes to melt.
  • Place burgers on a bun, top with ham, bbq sauce, lettuce, and onion. Serve immediately.
