Easy to Cook Mac n' Cheese

  • 2 cups penne pasta, cooked and drained
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 rashers bacon
  • 1 courgette
  • 400g Tatua Cheese Sauce
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  • Spray a pan generously with cooking spray and heat.
  • Remove the rind from the bacon and cut into thin strips, cook for 4 minutes.
  • Finely chop the courgette and add to the bacon. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat; combine with the cooked pasta and Tatua Cheese Sauce. Pour into an ovenproof dish.
  • Spread the breadcrumbs evenly over the mixture and cook for 25 minutes or until golden.
