Stuffed Camembert Bites

Surprise your guests by revisiting the camembert for the aperitif.

  • 1 Paysan Breton Camembert
  • 1 zucchini
  • 50 g of walnut kernels
  • 40 g of parmesan
  • a drizzle of olive oil
  • salt
  • Mix together the walnut kernels, Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil to make a paste. Add a little oil if necessary. 
  • Salt. 
  • Cut a few thin slices of zucchini.
  • Cut the Paysan Breton Camembert in half lengthwise. Spread the walnut pesto previously obtained and cover with a few slices of zucchini. 
  • Close the Camembert and cut into pieces with a large knife. 
  • Keep these portions with a peak and place them in a cool place until ready to serve.
