The Ultimate Duoz Mozzarella & Red Cheddar Cheeseburger

  • 500g beef burger patties
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 8 slices of Tradition Cheese Duoz Mozzarella & Red Cheddar
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado
  • Preheat a grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the beef patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Grill or cook the beef patties on the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • While the beef patties are cooking, cook the bacon in a separate pan until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to cool.
  • Sliced the onions and tomatoes.
  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Slice the avocado flesh into thin slices.
  • When the beef patties are fully cooked, add two slices of Tradition Cheese Duoz Mozzarella & Red Cheddar on top of each patty, and let them melt for a minute or two.
  • While the cheese is melting, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in the oven.
  • To assemble the burgers, spread a tablespoon of ketchup and mayonnaise on the bottom half of each burger bun. Add a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato on top of the condiments.
  • Place the beef patty with melted cheese on top of the tomato and lettuce, followed by onions, tomatoes, two bacon slices, and avocado slices.
  • Finish by topping each burger with the remaining half of the burger bun.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Ultimate Duoz Cheeseburgers!
